摘要
碘量法是目前油气田最常用的流体中H2S气体含量的测定方法。其误差来源较多,但操作简单、现场适用性强,目前暂无较成熟的方法代替。通过对"碘量法测定原油中可逸出硫化氢气体"技术的修正,获得了原油中H2S含量理论值(y)与碘量法测定值(x)之间函数关系的经验公式:y=-0.2624x2+1.8824x+0.279,0≤x≤3mg/g,在一定范围内修正了碘量法的测量误差。当原油中H2S气体含量x<0.8396 mg/g时,采用该经验公式的线性简化公式y=1.8824x+0.279对碘量法测定结果进行修正,可以保证碘量法实测值与理论值(真实值)的误差小于10%。
The classic iodometric technique for determination the concentration of H2S in crude oil was simple but possessed lots of deviations,and there was no better way that could take it place till now.Through revising the technique of "determination of hydrogen sulfide content—iodometric titration method",an empirical formula between the theoretical value(y) and the measured value(x) of H2S concentration in crude oil was obtained,y=-0.2624x2+1.8824x+0.279,which could amend the measurement error when H2S concentration was in the range of 0≤x≤3 mg/g.While x0.8396 mg/g,a simplified linear formula y=1.8824x+0.279 derived from the empirical formula was used,which could make sure that the relative error between y and x was no more than 10%.
