摘要 应用CFD(计算流体动力学)技术模拟配水嘴嘴损特性,分析配水嘴内部流动特性,设计了防堵塞新型系列配水嘴。在对新型结构配水嘴的嘴损特性和内部流动进行数值模拟基础上,结合原始孔口水嘴的数值模拟结果对新型配水嘴进行了定型和系列化设计。根据水嘴内部流场中压力和流线的分布,分析了新型配水嘴的节流原理。结果表明:模拟配水嘴嘴损所采用的数学模型和计算方法合理有效,设计了与试验相符的、满足工程实际技术要求的新型系列化防堵塞配水嘴。拓展了CFD技术应用领域,为新型配水器水嘴的研制和调配提供了新的方法。 To develop a new series anti-clogging chokes and discuss the pressure-loss characteristics of it,numerical simulations were made with CFD software,meanwhile,the serialization of the new series of chokes was made by using the numerical results of the traditional chokes.The throttle principle of the new type chokes was analyzed by the distribution of pressure and streamlines in internal region of choke.The result shows that:the numerical models and computational methods for pressure-loss simulation of chokes used in this paper were correct and effective and acquired results of the serial chokes which agreed well with experiment and could meet the engineering needs.This expanded the application field of CFD technology and provided references for the design and deployment of new type chokes.
