摘要
本文在群体决策中把专家评分视为某正态总体的取值,根据正态分布的3σ原则给出了一种聚类分析方法以区别不同的总体;最后给出了群体决策的新的共识度的概念和一种计算方法,并举例说明新方法的应用.
By assuming the grades of experts follow some normal distribution in group decision-making, this paper gives a new concept of consensus degree, and proposes a kind of new methods for calculating it. The new approaches are based on a clustering method which is obtained via the 3σ principle of normal distribution. At last,an example is given to illustrate the steps of these methods.
