摘要
随着对传染病传播问题研究的深入,研究中常用的传染病传播模型也越来越接近于现实世界.复杂网络视角下的传播模型,考虑了复杂动态的人际关系,能够更好的刻画传染病传播问题.依据传染病的生物学特征和人类社会关系网络的一般属性,本文在已有模型的基础上,在适应性网络中加入了潜伏期和"随机重连"机制,提出动态社会网络中的传染病传播模型,并以在世界范围内流行的、具有代表性的病毒——HIV病毒为例,阐述了该模型在动态社会网络中的应用.
Transmission of contagion is an important scientific topic.Recent progresses have made modeling closer to the real world.Modeling for complex social networks,where complicated relationships between individuals were considered,would be more useful to characterize contagion transmission.Previous model was modified by adding "random reconnection mechanism" to adaptive networks,according to biological characteristics of infectious diseases and social relationship networks.Taking human immunodeficiency virus as an example,we have investigated the problem of contagion transmission on dynamical social networks,explored various parameters on the contagion transmission,and provided basis for the transition of virus prevention.
