摘要
提出了一种基于TMS320F2812的数字化超声电机(USM)驱动控制装置。该装置由PFC电路、DC/DC变换电路、频率可调的半桥逆变电路和以高性能DSP芯片TMS320F2812为核心的控制器组成。PFC电路提高装置的功率因素;DC/DC电路实现电压宽范围调节;高频逆变电路实现频率和相位均可调的超声频交流电的输出,直接驱动超声电机。控制部分完成电参数的实时采集,并实现所有的控制功能。通过对大推力直线超声电机进行试验,表明该装置有输出电压调节范围宽和频率跟踪范围宽的特点,能够很好地驱动和控制超声电机。
A digitization ultrasonic motor driver based on TMS320F2812 is proposed.The driver is composed of PFC circuit,DC/DC converter,half bridge inverter composed by two bridge arms and high performance DSP chip-TMS320F2812.PFC circuit can improve power factor of the driver,the output voltage can be adjusted in a wide range by DC/DC circuit,frequency and phase difference can be regulated in the high frequency inverter,and the output voltage of inverter can be used to driver ultrasonic motor,the controlling system gathers real time data of variable and realizes all control functions.A linear ultrasonic motor with large toque is used in this study.Experimental results show the driver can realize adjusting output voltage and tracking frequency in a wide range.Ultrasonic motor can be droved and controlled by the driver.
