Clinical study progress of accurate ventricular septal pacing in methodology
摘要
右心室心尖部(RVA)起搏为传统起搏方式,已积累了丰富的临床经验,术中导线植入较容易,易固定,在心内膜可获得长期稳定、可靠的起搏参数。该技术自用于临床以来挽救了无数缓慢心律失常患者生命。但是,RVA起搏是一种非生理性起搏,许多临床试验证实,会改变正常心脏的激动收缩顺序,导致QRS时限增宽,改变心脏收缩的同步性.
