摘要
平行玻璃平板存在的光学平行度误差使光学系统光轴方向改变并影响成像质量,因而快速检测零件的平行差对指导生产线上操作加工玻璃平板具有重要意义。简述了自准直法在生产线上快速检测玻璃平板不平行度的原理设计,说明利用自准直法测量不平行度的简便性和高效性。基于自准直法检验平板玻璃的平行度的基本原理,对采集图像以及图像识别的方法进行了详细的理论分析,并运用MATLAB软件建立了简洁的用户界面进行相应的计算机图像处理及检测。自准直应用技术和图像处理技术应用于不平行度检测的新思路改进了用传统的目视测量方法。
The parallel optical glass plate parallelism error Changes the optical axis direction of optical system and affect the image quality,so fast detection method for parallel difference is important for producing.The principle of auto-collimation method used for test the parallel difference are introduced,and its Simplicity and efficiency are proposed.Based on this method,the image acquisition and recognition are given,the simple user interface is build with MATLAB to deal with and test the iamge.The application of auto-collimation technology and image processing technology in non-parallelism testing improves the traditional testing method,visual measurement,which is much more inaccurate.
