摘要
针对非计算机专业学生的教学,采用"分层、分组、互动"教学法是一种有效的教学策略。本文从理论与实践的角度详细讨论了该教学法的概念、实施的必要性、实施的原则和具体办法。实践表明,该教学法能体现"因材施教、以人为本"的教学理念,促进不同层次学生学习的主动性和创造性,实现人人进步、整体提高、和谐发展的教学目标,取得很好的效果。
In view of the actual situation of non computer major students, it is an effective teaching strategy to adopt "layering method, group instruction, interaction". The paper conducts a detailed discussion on the definition of the method, necessity and principle of application as well as specific measures from the perspective of theory and practice. The practice shows that this method can realize individualized instruction and man-oriented teaching theory and promote the initiative and originality of students of different levels, thus realize the teaching target of individual progress, overall improvement and harmonious development.
