摘要
为了更精确的反映焦炭在高炉内的实际状态,掌握焦炭强度变化对高炉顺行的影响,我们需要了解唐钢所用焦炭反应至一定程度后在高炉对应温度下的抗压强度。本实验采用可调气氛高温抗压实验机来克服常规检验的不足,研究不同焦炭在实际温度下的抗压强度,对焦炭高温性能做出评价,进而对唐钢高炉操作提供指导意见。
In order to accurately reflect the real state of coke in Blast Furnace,comprehend the influence of the coke strength change to BF anterograde,we should know the real strength of coke in Blast Furnace.The compressive strengths of coke at high temperature with relevant carbon loss rate were measured by using a high temperature compressive machine with adjustable atmosphere.To make high temperature performance of coke,so as to provide guidance on the blast furnace operation.
