摘要
针对目前SPR(表面等离子共振,Surface Plasmon Resonance)检测仪器应用广泛,而商品化的仪器及耗材价格过于昂贵的现状,自行设计了一套SPR生物传感系统,该传感系统通过错位平行四边形光路设计,简化了系统结构,降低了仪器的成本,实现了仪器的小型化,便携化,提高了传感系统的检测范围,保证了单一样本的检测精度。利用该检测系统检测葡萄糖溶液和抗原抗体反应,并比较分析了动静态时的光强变化趋势,建立了各自的浓度标准曲线。结果表明:该传感系统能够有效地分析芯片表面介质特性改变所引起的变化,具有良好的精度、稳定性和灵敏度。
The SPR detection equipment is used widely,but the prices of commercial instrument and the Consumptive Material are very high.To solve the contradiction,a self-designing SPR biosensor system is introduced.The system adopted the optical design of dislocation parallelogram for simplifying the system structure,which can reduce the cost of the instrument greatly,achieve the instrument's miniaturization,portable,improve the Examination area,and can analyze single sample with high precision.Glucose and antigen-antibody reaction were detected,and the trend of light intensity change was analyzed in Static state and dynamic state.In addition,their standard curves were builded.The results showed that the sensor system has good precision,stability and sensitivity.
