摘要
在对振动盘振动输送力学分析的基础上,通过对运动时物料的受力分析,利用PRO/E建立某振动盘给料器三维模型,用ANSYS软件对其固有频率及谐响应进行分析,其分析结果符合设计预期,从而验证了其设计参数的合理性。为振动盘给料器的参数设计及解决其在实际应用中出现的各种问题提供依据。实践证明,在一阶振动模态下,符合圆盘振动给料器的振动规律和工作要求,并为动态结构设计提供重要参数。
Base on the transfer mechanical analysis of vibration plates,by analysing the force of goods,using PRO/E set up a vibration plates feeder 3 d model.using ANSYS analyze its natural frequency and harmonic response,the analysis results are accord with the design,and thus verify the reasonableness of its design parameters.Which will Provide a basis for the parameters design of Vibrating plate feeder and solve various problems for its practical application.Practice has proved that the first-order vibration mode is accorded with the vibration rule and the work requirement,and it will provide important parameters for the dynamic design of structure.
