摘要
地方性砷中毒是一种地球化学性疾病,有关砷中毒的致病机理,一直以来是研究的重点,确切的机制仍未明确,目前多数学者认为砷可致氧化应激、DNA损伤、DNA甲基化及免疫功能异常。本文将从这几方面的研究进展做一综述。
Endemic arsenic poisoning is geochemistry uisease. Pathogenic mechanism of arsenic poisoning is the focus of the study; the exact mechanisms are not yet clear. At present, most scholars believe that arsenic can cause oxidative stress,DNA damage,DNA methylation and Immune dysfunction. This paper focuses on the Advances of these areas.
