摘要
针对连轧管机组限动芯棒使用寿命这一普遍关心的问题,在简要介绍不同机型机组生产相同规格产品时变形量分配、芯棒工作段长度、芯棒使用寿命等参数的基础上,提出了芯棒单位长度延伸系数的概念,意在量化反映芯棒的负荷,并结合芯棒的轧制支数与吨管芯棒消耗,衡量不同机型机组限动芯棒的使用寿命;同时初步分析了芯棒的主要失效机理和应力、应变、位移情况,提出了一些可能影响芯棒寿命的问题供同行讨论。
As for the common concern that is the restrained mandrel service life in a MPM mandrel mill a conception of the unit length elongation coefficient of a mandrel is put forward based on such parameters as the deformation distribution, mandrel working section length and mandrel service life when the products with same size are produced in deferent type mills, which means to reflect the mandrel loading in a quantification way and also to measure the restrained mandrel service life in deferent type mills with considering the pipe pieces rolled by a mandrel and the mandrel consumption per ton of rolled pipes. And the main failure mechanism, stress, strain and displacement of a mandrel during pipe rolling are analyzed and some factors which may impact the mandrel life are proposed for discussion.
