摘要
对某公司氢氮压缩机出口管道高压止回阀上流腔体失效的材料进行理化性能试验研究,判断出断口属脆性疲劳断裂,并借助ANSYS软件对结构进行有限元分析,通过对计算结果与试验结果进行对比,综合分析失效的根本原因,为以后高压止回阀的安全经济运行提供指导。
The upper cavity body of high pressure check valve on compressor outlet was to fracture. Physical and chemical properties of the failure materials were inspected. The results show that the fracture belongs to brittle fatigue fracture. With the help of finite element analysis software ANSYS to analyze the structure, contrasted the calculated results to experimental results, the root cause of the failure was analyzed. It provides guidance for safety and economical operation.
