摘要 细胞支架材料作为组织工程组织再生的框架,其特性直接影响细胞的粘附、生长和代谢功能,因此它是组织工程的关键要素之一。目前应用于组织工程的支架材料可分三大类:人工合成高分子可降解聚合物,天然材料提取物和细胞外基质,结合近年来的相关文献,对组织工程支架材料研究进展进行总结。 Cell scaffold material is the framework of regeneration in tissue engineering. The property of cell scaffold material is the direct effect on the adhesion, proliferation and metabolism functions. Therefore, cell scaffold material is one of the critical factors in tissue engineering. Currently, the scaffold material of tissue engineering is categorized as the synthesized absorbable macromolecule polymer, natural material extracts and extracellular matrix. Based on the pertinent iterature in recent years, the research progress of scaffold material in tissue engineering was summarized in this paper.
