摘要
目的探讨外周血CD4+CD25+CD127+调节性T细胞在HSP患儿治疗前和治疗后的表达及其临床意义。方法选取HSP患儿41例作为观察组,选取健康儿童41例作为对照组,检测对照组儿童及观察组患儿治疗前后的CD4+CD25+CD127+值。结果 (1)治疗前与对照组比较,CD4+CD25+CD127+明显降低(P<0.05);(2)与治疗前比较,观察组患儿的CD4+CD25+CD127+值在治疗后明显升高(P<0.05);(3)与对照组比较,观察组患儿治疗后CD4+CD25+CD127+值差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论外周血CD4+CD25+CD127+值在HSP患儿治疗前显著降低,给予有效的治疗后其值显著升高,可能在HSP的发生发展过程中调节性T细胞进行了参与。而对于HSP患儿对疾病的有效预测,可以对其CD4+CD25+CD127+值进行测定。
Objective To explore the level of CD4^+CD25^+CD127^+regulatory T ceils in children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura before and after treatment and its clinical significance. Methods Selected 41 cases with Henoch-Schonlein purpura as the observation group and 41 cases of healthy children as control group, test CD4^+CD25^+CD127^+ in two group. Results (1)Before treatment compared with control group, CD4^+CD25^+CD127^+ significantly lower (P 〈 0.05); (2)Before treatment and observation groups, the observation group of children with CD4^+CD25^+CD127^+ the value was significantly higher 'after treatment (P 〉 0.05); (3)Compared with the control group, study group patients after treatment CD4^+CD25^+CD127^+ value of the difference was not statistically significant (/9 〉 0.05). Conclusion Peripheral blood CD4^+CD25^+CD127^+ value in the treatment of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura were significantly reduced, giving an effective treatment significantly increased its value, may be allergic purpura development of the disease process of regulatory T cells were involved. For children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura predict the disease, can their CD4^+CD25^+ CD127^+ values were determined.
