摘要
通过大量阅读有关荆楚地域(主要在今湖南、湖北两省)中有关民众习武、练武、用武的文献资料,对荆楚地域民风中武术的历史做了较详细的梳理,旨在发现武术流传及其文化内容,即武术在历史发展过程中逐渐繁荣丰富,与社会的政治、经济等各方面有着密切的关系。总结出武术的流传方向为从遵崇格杀技艺逐渐向健身理念转变,由野蛮走向文明,单纯的格杀技艺经过历史的演绎而充满文化色彩。
In this paper,by reviewing the literature of the public participation,exercise and use of Wushu in the Jing Chu area（mainly in Hunan and Hubei provinces） and summarizes the detailed history of Wushu in the region,the paper intends to find the heritage and culture content of Wushu in the region.It finds that Wushu has been enriched gradually in the historical development and established close relations with politics and economy of the society.In conclusion,the hand-on of Wushu has been shifted from the worship of killing technique to the body building concept,from barbarism to civilization and from the simple killing technique to the rich culture content by the interpretation of history.
