摘要
采用DSC技术测定油田用玻璃钢管的Tg,研究了不同扫描次数、试样质量和升温速度对测定结果的影响。结果表明,二次扫描会改变DSC曲线的形状,多次扫描会使Tg增高;过低的试样质量或升温速率无法形成明显的玻璃化转变台阶,而过大的试样质量或升温速率会导致台阶前后的曲线弯曲,这都不利于Tg的测定。测定时采用第1次扫描曲线,4 mg的试样和20℃/min升温速率可以获得良好的实验结果。
The Tg of FRP pipe for oil field was measured by DSC.The influence of different times of scans,sample mass and heating rate on the determination results were investigated.The results showed that the second scan would change the shape of DSC curves and the Tg results were increased by multiple scans.A clear glass transition step could not be formed with insufficient sample mass or slow heating rate and excessive sample mass or rapid heating rate caused the curve bending before and after the step.Both of these led to inaccurate Tg results.The good experimental results would be obtained by using the first scan curve,4 mg of sample and 20 ℃/min heating rate.
