摘要
以抗和不抗烟嘧磺隆的甜玉米近等基因系沈甜134抗、沈甜134感,抗和不抗烟嘧磺隆的糯玉米近等基因系沈糯509抗、沈糯509感为材料,研究在烟嘧磺隆胁迫下成对近等基因系间的乙酰乳酸合成酶活性(ALS)、超氧化物歧化酶活性(SOD)、过氧化物酶活性(POD)、丙二醛(MDA)和叶绿素含量的反应差异。结果表明:(1)沈糯509感和沈甜134感的ALS活性均高于沈糯509抗和沈甜134抗。烟嘧磺隆处理后沈糯509感和沈甜134感的ALS活性高于抗系且变化幅度比抗系大。(2)沈糯509和沈甜134的SOD活性,整体上随幼苗生长均呈上升趋势,但处理后不抗系的SOD活性较低。(3)各系的POD活性,整体上均随幼苗生长而上升,但处理后不抗系上升幅度较大。(4)抗系和未经处理的不抗系的MDA含量变化不大,处理后不抗系的MDA含量上升幅度较大。(5)处理后不抗系的叶绿素含量大幅度下降。
Using Nicosulfuron-sensitive and Nicosulfuron-resisted near isogenic lines of sweet maize shentian R-134,S-134 and wax maize shennuo R-509,S-509 as materials to research physiologic response difference among the activity of acetolactate synthase ( ALS), superoxide dismutase ( SOD), peroxidase ( POD), malondi- aldehyde contents(MDA) and chlorophyll contents within paired near isogenic lines. The results showed that: (1)The ALS activity of shennuo S-509 and shentian S-134 R-134. The activity of shennuo S-509 and shentian S-134 was was higher than shennuo R-509 and shentian higher and with bigger variation after spraying Nicosulfuron. compared to the resisted line. (2)The SOD activity of the two pairs of near isogenic lines increased with the growth of seedlings, but a lower SOD activity was showed in sensitive lines Nicosulfuron. (3)To POD activity, an increasing tendency also showed as the growth of seedling after spraying , and a bigger range of increasing after the spraying. (4) A small difference of MDA contents showed within resisted lines and no sprayed sensitive lines, but an significant increasing showed in sensitive lines after spraying. (5)The chlorophyll contents of sensitive lines decreased significantly after spraying.
