菊粉对蛋公鸡蛋白质表观消化率的影响

Effects of inulin on apparent protein digestibility on roosters

摘要 为了研究菊粉对蛋公鸡粪便中水分、盲肠pH值和蛋白质表观消化率的影响,试验采用40周龄父母代海兰褐蛋公鸡30只,随机分为5组,每组6只,A、B、C、D组分别用0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%菊粉替代基础日粮中等量的玉米;E组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮。结果表明:与对照组相比,1.5%菊粉组盲肠pH值极显著降低(P<0.01),其他各试验组盲肠pH值显著降低(P<0.05);A、B、C、D组粪便中水分无明显变化;各试验组蛋白质表观消化率均有所提高,以1.5%菊粉组的效果最好,与对照组间的差异达到了极显著水平(P<0.01)。说明菊粉能降低蛋公鸡盲肠pH值,提高蛋白质表观消化率;日粮中添加菊粉的适宜添加量为1.5%。 To investigate the effects of inulin on the fecal moisture, cecal pH value and apparent protein digestibility in the layer breeder rooster, thirty 40 -week -old Hy -line Brown parent roosters were randomly divided into 5 groups with six birds in each group. The trial groups( A, B, C and D ) were fed the basic diet with the substitution of 0.5 %, 1.0%, 1.5 % and 2.0% inulin for equivalent maize, respectively. The con- trol group (group E) was fed the basic diet. The results showed that the addition of inulin declined the cecal pH value, the cecal pH value from group C was extremely significant reduced( P 〈0. 01 ), the cecal pH value from other trail groups were significantly reduced (P 〈 0. 05 ), but the inulin had no effect on the fecal moisture. Each trim group was increased apparent protein digestibility and the dose of group C was the best and reached a significant level ( P 〈 0.01 ). It declares that the addition of inulin in the diet can decline the cecal pH value and improve the apparent protein digestibility, the suitable dose of inulin for the breeder rooster diet is 1.5%.
