摘要
通过构建结构方程模型并运用LISREL软件,对建筑企业核心竞争力进行分析发现:影响建筑企业核心竞争力的因素主要为知识资本、社会责任、技术能力和项目管理。其结论是建筑企业应该充分重视自身知识资本的培育,并通过知识资本管理改革传统的管理模式;建筑企业应该通过培养自身的能力与创新性来实施社会责任,并在建立自己核心理念的基础上建立起社会责任观;同时,积极运用先进的项目管理技术,将核心理念付诸实践,从而提升建筑企业的核心竞争力。
By constructing the model of structural equation and applying LISREL software, this paper analyzes the core competitiveness of bullding enterprises and finds out that the main factors influencing core competitiveness of building enterprises are knowledge capitals, social respensibflity, technical competence, and project management. Hence, the building enterprises should pay more attention to cultivation of their knowledge capitals to change their traditional management mode, develop their own competence and innovation to take their social respensibility, furthermore, apply advanced project management to practice their core concept and improve their core competitiveness.
