六个甘薯新品种耐盐性比较研究 被引量:5

摘要 以6个甘薯新品种(济薯21、济徐23、济薯04150、徐薯26、徐薯27和徐薯28)为试验材料,分别用浓度为0、0.2%、0.3%和0.5%的NaCl溶液处理薯苗,一定时间后进行生长量、光合参数与生物量的测定.结果表明,在盐胁迫下所有甘薯品种的生长均受到明显抑制,如茎蔓短小、叶片变少、根系稀少、干物质减少;其光合参数都有不同程度的下降;块根产量降低.比较分析发现,济薯(济徐)品种的耐盐性高于徐薯品种,其中济徐23的耐盐性最强,济薯21次之,徐薯26对盐最敏感. The seedlings of six new sweet potato varieties (J21, JX23, J04150, X26, X27 and X28) were respectively treated by sodium chloride with concentration of 0, 0.2%, 0.3% and 0.5% for a certain period of time, and then the growth increment, photosynthetic parameters, biomass were measured. The results showed that the growth of all the sweet potato varieties were significantly inhibited under salt stress, the stems became shorter, the leaves and roots became fewer, and the dry substances of plant decreased. The photosynthetic parameters of leaves were declined in varying degrees, and the yield of tuberous roots decreased. Comparative analysis indicated that the salt tolerance of J ( JX ) serial varieties was higher than that of X serial varieties; among the tested varieties, the salt tolerance of JX23 was the highest, J21 the next, and X26 was the most sensitive variety to salt stress.
