摘要
以某1700mm冷连轧机为研究对象,基于现场实际生产数据,利用大型有限元软件MSC.Marc建立了轧辊轧件一体化的有限元分析模型,利用该模型分析了不同辊型配置下的弯辊力调控特性和辊间接触压力分布情况。可以看出,采用单锥度工作辊和VCR支持辊的辊型配置方式,既可以有效的提高轧机的板形调控特性,又可以有效地缓解和减小辊间接触压力峰值,提高轧辊磨损的均匀性,保证轧制生产的稳定性,为实现板形的良好控制创造条件。
Taking the 1700mm tandem cold rolling mills as the studying object and basing on the actual producing data,a finite element model which included the strip and the roll system was established to simulate the rolling process with the MSC.Marc software.Through the model,the bending force adjusting characteristics and the contacting pressure distribution between work roll and backup roll were analyzed.It was seen that if the roll configuration of taper roll and VCR roll was used,not only the mill shape adjusting characteristics was improved,but also the contacting pressure peak between rolls could be reduced effectively,and it could increase the roll wearing uniformity and provide a good foundation for the good strip profile control.
