摘要
从政策层面及现实中存在的问题等方面分析了我国高等职业技术教育护理专业"双师型"教师队伍建设滞后的主要原因,并从明确护理职教理念、建立师资培训基地、构建动态评价体系、加强院校交流合作等方面提出针对性应对策略。
This paper analyzes the reasons of the shortage of dual-qualified teachers in higher vocational nursing education from the perspective of policy and current situation. Based on the reasons,the targeted strategies were proposed such as identifying the philosophy of vocational edncation,esiab|ishing teacher training bases,constracting dynamic evaluation system and strengthening communication and cooperation between colleges and hospitals
