摘要
白车身刚度是车身开发阶段研究的重要内容之一,对汽车稳定性、舒适性等具有十分重要的意义。针对某款商用车白车身,进行静态扭转和弯曲刚度实验,并将样车与标杆车实验数据进行对比分析、评价,得出样车刚度性能指标及进一步改进方向。
The stiffness of the body-in-white is one of tile imporlant researching contents during the design of the vehicle body. It makes greal signifieance in the ear stability and comfort. This paper studies the body-in-white with torsiou and bending experiments;eompared with the data of benchmark car and makes evaluation.Then gets the perfoemance index of the sample ear and the direction of furtber improvement.
