摘要
内脏脂肪组织来源的丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂(vaspin)是新近发现的一种脂肪细胞因子,具有改善葡萄糖耐量,增加胰岛素敏感性的作用。研究发现,vaspin在脂肪组织、肝脏、皮肤、胰腺、下丘脑等器官均有表达,其表达受性别、年龄、饮食、运动、药物及激素等多因素影响。研究表明,vaspin在内分泌相关疾病的发生、发展中发挥了胰岛素增敏、激素分泌调节及抗炎等重要作用。
Visceral adipose tissue-derived serine protease inhibitor (vaspin), a newly identified adipocytokine, can improve glucose tolerance and insulin sensitivity. Expression of vaspin has been found in adipose tissue,liver, skin, pancreas, and hypothalamus, and can be influenced by multiple factors including gender, age, diet, excise, drugs, and hormone. Studies have demonstrated that vaspin plays an important role in insulin-sensitizing, regulating hormone secretion and anti-inflammatory of endocrine related diseases.
