摘要
目的:为在自然灾害与突发公共卫生事件中对伤员进行有效的医疗手术救治,迫切需要研制出具有洁净手术舱室的医用手术车。方法:根据手术车作业功能定位,研究手术车内部的结构布局形式,开展手术车扩展结构形式的研究,并根据手术车的结构特点,研制适合车载的空调净化系统。结果:手术车采用液压扩展方式,车厢内划分为术前准备区和手术区,并配置相应的医疗仪器设备。在手术区配置车载空调净化系统,手术区实现水平单向气流运动,手术区空气洁净度可达到万级。结论:医用洁净手术车为进行伤员的有效救治提供良好的舱室环境,为在自然灾害和突发事件中对伤员进行医疗手术救治提供有力保障。
Objective: To study the surgical vehicle with clean surgical chamber which can be used to treat the wounded in disaster and in public affair.Methods: In light of surgical vehicle application,the inner layout of surgical vehicle was studied and deployment of surgical vehicle was studied.The purifying air conditioner system was also studied in light of surgical vehicle structure.Results: The hydraulic deployment was used in the surgical vehicle.The inside part of the surgical vehicle was separated into the preparation zone for surgical and surgical zone with correlative apparatus.The purifying air conditioner system could achieve air flowing conformably and the air cleanliness at the operating zone in the mobile operating compartment was cleanliness class 10000.Conclusion: The surgical vehicle with clean surgical chamber provides good chamber environment and satisfy the requirements of the operation and cure the patient effectively in disaster and in public affair.
