摘要
本文通过对北京18所高校教师的薪酬满意度进行抽样调查,对影响北京高校教师薪酬满意度的因素进行分析。研究结果表明,北京高校教师的薪酬满意度一般偏下;在影响因素中,年龄、职称、行政级别、实际收入与期望收入的差距、公平感、自身生活状态等对薪酬满意度影响较大。国家要通过提高大学教师的社会地位、改革高校资源配置方式、满足青年教师的基本需求、发挥公平性的激励作用等对策,提高大学教师的薪酬满意度,调动大学教师的工作积极性。
This paper researches the pay satisfaction of university faculty in Beijing by the way of sample survey and analyzes its influential factors. The results show that university faculty are moderate to inferior in pay satisfaction whose influential factors include age, professional ranks and titles, administrative rank, the gap between real income and expected income, sense of fairness, living conditions, et al. The government must take measures to improve their social position, reform the allocation of resources, meet the basic needs of young faculty, pay attention to stimulating function of equality, et al. so as to improve the pay satisfaction and mobilize the work enthusiasm of university faculty.
