摘要
在无边界职业生涯时代,知识经济和技术进步使得个体职业生涯成功的标准和路径发生变化。大学生作为高人力资本存量的群体,要在无边界职业生涯时代充分实现自身社会价值,需要不断提高自身的就业能力,拓展可雇佣广度和深度。本文从传统职业生涯与无边界职业生涯的比较中概括无边界职业生涯时代大学生就业能力的特定内涵和基本内容,尝试提出大学生就业能力提升的策略和途径。
In the era of boundaryless career, knowledge economy and technological progress make the standards and paths of individual career' success change. University students, as a high stock of human capital group, should continuously improve their employability and expand the breadth and depth of the employment if they want to fully realize their social value in the era of boundaryless career. From the comparison of traditional career and boundaryless career, this paper tries to find out the specific connotation and basic content of university students'employability in the boundaryless career age and propose the strategy and path for the improvement of university students' employability.
