摘要
目的:优选茅莓总皂苷的提取工艺。方法:在单因素考察的基础上,以乙醇浓度、固液比、提取温度和提取时间为考察因素,以茅莓总皂苷提取率为指标,优选茅莓总皂苷的提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度80%,提取时间为3h,固液比为1:20,提取温度为80℃。在此条件下,茅莓总皂苷提取率达到1.994%。结论:该工艺稳定、可行,可为工业化生产提供理论依据。
OBJECTIVE:Find out the optimal extraction process of total saponins of Rubus rviflolius(TGRP) to provide a foundation for the future research of it.METHODS:Based on the single factors research,throughl orthogonal design to optimize the extraction process of TGRP.RESULTS:The optimal extraction process of TGRP were:the concentration of ethanol solution was 80%;ratio to solid was 1:20;extraction temperature was 80 ℃;extraction time was 3 h.Under this condition the extraction rate of TGRP achieved 1.994%.CONCLUSION:The process gotten in the research is suitable for industrial production.
