摘要
研究了3种聚乙烯防腐层(3PE、热收缩带、热收缩套)在不同阴极保护电位下,阴极剥离过程中阴极保护电流的变化情况,以及它们在不同条件下的抗阴极剥离性能。结果表明:3种防腐层的阴极剥离距离,会随着阴极保护电位的负移、时间的延长及温度的升高而增大;在过负的阴极保护电位下,3种防腐层阴极剥离时的阴极保护电流呈现出了不同的波动性,3PE防腐层抗阴极剥离的性能优于聚乙烯热收缩带(套)。
Three types of polythene anti-corrosion layer(3PE coating, heat shrinkable wraparound sleeve and heat shrink sleeve)were studied by observing the changes of cathodic protection current with different cathode polarization po- tentials in the cathode stripping process and cathodic disbonding resistance performance in different conditions of the three kinds of anti-corrosion layers. Results show that, cathodic disbanding distance of the three types of polythene anti corrosion layer increases with the decline of potential, the increase of temperature and prolongation of time;Polarization current of three polythene anti-corrosion layer appears to be different volatility in a more negative polarization potential during cathodic disbanding process; In a more negative cathodic protection, the cathodic disbonding resistance of 3PE coating is better than others.
