摘要
冲击碾压在提高地基强度、稳定性和均匀性、减少工后沉降、防止不均匀沉陷等方面都远远优于静碾压和振动碾压。由于冲击碾压具有较高的冲击能,会引起一定范围内土体的振动,从而可能造成距施工现场较近的建(构)筑物受损。结合苏州软土地区冲击碾压项目,对邻近PHC桩的冲击碾压施工进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,冲击碾压施工的影响深度≤2m;土体深层水平位移和PHC桩桩顶水平位移主要在冲击碾压施工20遍内产生;PHC桩低应变动测的结果显示25kJ冲击碾压对桩顶埋深为1m以上的PHC桩桩身质量并无破坏影响。
Impact roller compaction is better than static roller compaction and vibrate roller compaction such as improving foundation intensity,stability,uniform,reducing post-construction settlement and preventing uniform settlement.The high energy of impact roller compaction will cause vibration to soil in a certain scope,thus may cause damage to buildings nearby.Author studies the influence of impact roller compaction to PHC pile in soft soil area in Suzhou.Research shows that the influence depth of impact roller compaction is not less than 2 meters,displacement of deep soil horizontal and PHC pile top is mainly produced within 20 times impact rolling passes,results of low-dynamic strain detection to PHC pile show that 25kJ impact roller compaction has no destructive damage to pile buried more than 1 meter deep.
