摘要
目的分析HIV在我市人群中的感染现况,为我市合理分配卫生资源及艾滋病防治工作提供科学依据。方法对安康市2001-2010年发现的HIV/AIDS进行流行病学调查和随访,采用SPSS13.0统计软件进行分析。结果 2001-2010年安康市共发现HIV/AIDS 157例,其中病人97例、死亡60例。男93例、女64例,男:女性别比为1.45∶1;年龄以青壮年为主,20～49岁146例,占93.00%;职业以农民工为主103例,占65.61%;感染途径以性传播为主97例(其中MSM 9例),占61.78%。结论暗娼、MSM、返乡务工人员是目前安康市传播HIV的危险人群,相关部门应尽快采取有效干预和防治措施。
Objective To analyze the HIV infection status in our city,and in order to provide scientific basis for rational allocation health resources and HIV/AIDS prevention and cure.Method Epidemiological investigation and follow-up the HIV/AIDS patients in Ankang of 2001 to 2010,and analyze by SPSS13.0 statistical software.Results By the end of 2010,total of 157 HIV/AIDS cases were found in Ankang,among them,97 were AIDS patients,and 60 were dead.There were 93 males and 64 females,the ratio male to female were 1.45 to 1.00.Most of the patients were young adults,146 cases were at the group of 20 to 49 years old（93.00 %）.The farmer was the main occupation and with the rate of 65.61%（103）.The main infection route was sexually transmitted,they were about 97 persons and with the rate of 61.78%,among them,MSMs were 9.Conclusions CSW,MSM and rural migrant workers were the high risk crowds of HIV dissemination,so the relevant departments should take effective intervention and prevention Measures as soon as possible.
