经典Wnt信号通路在后肾发育中的作用

摘要 胚胎学研究发现,输尿管芽与后肾间充质间的相互诱导作用是后肾发育的关键环节。关于调控后肾发育信号通路的研究是近20年来研究的热点。其中,经典Wnt信号通路被认为在后肾发育过程中发挥重要作用,这一信号通路的正常开启与关闭可能与后肾发育及肾脏疾病的发生密切相关。本文主要阐述近年来关于经典Wnt信号通路在后肾发育中作用的研究新进展。
