高效液相色谱法同时测定解风酒中阿魏酸、原儿茶酸和桂皮醛 被引量:3

Simultaneous determination of ferulic,protocatechuic acid,and cinnamaldehyde in Jiefeng Wine by HPLC

摘要 目的用HPLC法测定解风酒(当归、狗脊、桂枝等)中阿魏酸、原儿茶酸、桂皮醛。方法采用kromasil C18柱,以乙腈为流动相A,0.1%冰醋酸溶液为流动相B,线性梯度洗脱(0~35min,75%B~55%B),体积流量为1.0 mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长260 nm。结果方中阿魏酸、原儿茶酸及桂皮醛分别在0.024 26~0.242 6μg、0.025 02~0.250 2μg和0.010 48~0.104 8μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率分别为98.2%、99.9%、99.2%(n=9),RSD分别为1.52%、0.78%、1.14%。结论 本法操作简单、准确、重复性好,可用于解风酒的质量控制。 AIM To establish an HPLC method for simultaneously determining ferulic,protocatechuic acid,and cinnamaldehyde in Jiefeng Wine(Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Cibotii Rhizoma,Cinnamomi Ramulus,etc.).METHODS The column C18 was selected.The mobile phase was gradient elution(0-35 min,75%B-55%B),with acetonitrile(A)-0.1% glacial acetic acid(B).The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃,and the detection wavelength was set at 260 nm.RESULTS The results showed a good relationship in the ranges of 0.024 26-0.242 6 μg for ferulic,0.025 02-0.250 2 μg for protocatechuic acid,0.010 48-0.104 8 μg for cinnamaldehyde(r=0.999 9),and the average recoveries were 98.2%,99.9% and 99.2%,respectively.Their RSDs were 1.52%,0.78% and 1.14%,respectively.CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and can be used for the quality control of Jiefeng Wine.
