摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合的方法治疗小儿上呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法:通过将本院2008年1月～2011年6月200例上呼吸道感染患儿随机分成两组,对照组使用常规抗病毒等治疗,观察组在此基础上根据患儿中医证型加用中药汤剂治疗,以一周为一个疗程,观察患儿的症状、体征变化的总有效率。结果:两组的总有效率具有统计学差异(P<0.05),观察组疗效明显由于对照组。结论:中西医结合疗效对小儿上呼吸道感染具有理想的疗效,临床上建议进一步推广。
Objective：To investigate treatment of children with upper respiratory tract infection.Methods：Since 2008 to 2011,200 cases of upper respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into two groups,control group with conventional anti-virus treatment,the observed group took TCM decoction more,observed the symptoms in children,signs of change and total efficiency.Results：There were a total efficiency of a statistically significant difference（P0.05）,observed group significantly better.Conclusion：Integrative medicine is more effective for respiratory tract infections in children.
