摘要
涡轮叶片精铸模具是航空发动机涡轮叶片类零件精密铸造过程中的关键工装,其设计过程繁琐,使得采用现有通用软件系统进行模具设计时,只能依靠设计经验丰富的人员手工操作实现,自动化程度不高,严重制约了其设计周期。通过分析涡轮叶片的结构特征以及现有涡轮叶片精铸模具的结构特点,提取精铸模具的设计方案及模具辅助机构生成的设计知识,采用构建精铸模具模板库的方法,基于UG平台对涡轮叶片精铸模具辅助机构进行参数化设计,提高了设计效率,缩短了生产周期。
Precision casting dies to turbine blade is a key frock between the sophisticated casting processes of aeroengine turbine blade. Its design process is so verbose that the mould design using current general software system can just be operated by seasoned personnel manually. The design process has low automation which has restricted the design cycle. The design knowledge of precision casting die and its auxiliary mechanism were extracted though many analyses about the structural characteristics of turbine blade and precision casting die of turbine blade, at the same time, the parametrical auxiliary mechanism of precision casting die to turbine blade was designed based on UG platform by using a method of building template database. The design efficiency is improved and production cycle is shorted.
