摘要
我国普通导盘机床传统的工件人工夹紧方式及人工推动主轴进给和分体式结构,已经不能满足导盘加工的高效、精密、自动化的技术要求。为此进行了导盘数控机床的创新设计。设计的机床能实现工件的自动夹紧,具有液控伸缩式主轴和整体式结构,机床的重复定位精度达到0.008 mm,表面粗糙度达到Ra1.6μm。并采用了有源隔离技术,提高了数控系统的可靠性和稳定性。
In the last decade, Chinese original design of the normal NC machine tool, which emphasizes on the traditional manual clamping style for the workpieee, the manual impulse of the spindle feed stepless, and the structure of the split style, can not match the technical requirements for the efficiency, accuracy, and automation when producing guide discl In this circumstance, a special NC guide disc machine tool was developed, and which achieved the goals of automatically clamping workpieee, telescopic hydraulic control spindle, and holistic structure design. The precision of the repositioning reaches at 0. 008 mm and the surface roughness reaches at Ral. 6 um. In the mean time, in order to improve the reliability and stability, the active isolation technology was adopted.
