摘要
介绍轮胎滚动阻力的测试方法以及低滚动阻力载重子午线轮胎的开发。利用有限元方法模拟轮胎滚动时的受力情况,研究轮胎各部件对滚动阻力的影响程度,通过改进各部位胶料配方、调整结构和工艺,开发出低滚动阻力载重子午线轮胎,并通过美国环境保护署的SmartWay认证。
The test methods of tire rolling resistance and development of low rolling resistance truck and bus radial tire were introduced.The force of rolling tire was simulated by finite element analysis,and the influence degree of various components of tire on rolling resistance was studied.The low rolling resistance truck and bus radial tire was developed by improving compound formulation,adjusting structure and process,and the products received the EPA SmartWay certification.
