摘要
针对细纱机牵伸机构的工作情况,用UG建立细纱机牵伸机构的三维有限元模型.采用ABAQUS对细纱机牵伸机构的工作状态进行仿真分析,得到上下皮圈之间静态正压力的分布,为分析和改进牵伸机构工作状况提供理论基础和依据,并为后续的机构设计和校核奠定基础.
According to the work situation of double apron draft spinning device, the three-dimensional finite element model of draft spinning device was built by UG and the work situation was analyzed by the application of ABAQUS. The static normal force layout between two aprons was got and used for the analysis and improvement of the work situation as well as the designing and checking of other devices.
