摘要
采用电镜技术研究了两组饲料——饲料A(添加6%鳕鱼肝油和4%大豆卵磷脂,饲料含4.53%磷脂和1.08%HUFA)、饲料B(添加10%猪油,饲料含0.39%磷脂和0.18%HUFA)对两种规格(2.4 g和15.0 g)中华绒螯蟹幼蟹肝胰腺超微结构的影响,结果表明:A组饲料两种规格幼蟹肝胰腺R细胞可见有脂肪滴,顶端微绒毛排列整齐,线粒体多;B组饲料两个时期幼蟹肝胰腺许多细胞解体,R细胞内脂肪滴十分充盈,顶端微绒毛脱落,线粒体很少,并且,在A组饲料2.4 g幼蟹雌体R细胞内观察到许多钙质体,而A组饲料15.0 g幼蟹肝胰腺细胞核中见到形状不一的核仁.
This study is conducted to determine effects of different lipid nutrition on the hepatopancreas micro-uhrastruc- ture of juvenile Chinese mitten crab, Eriocheir sinensis. Two diets are formulated to contain different amounts of fish oil, soy lecithin and pork lard with resulting PL/HUFA levels (% dry weight) of 4.53/1.08(Diet A) and 0. 39/0.18(Diet B), and two kinds of juvenile crabs of weight 2.4 g and 15.0 g are selected and divided into AF(Diet A , female) group, AM(Diet A, male) group, BF(Diet B, female) group and BM(Diet B, male) group, repectively. The hepatopancreas micro-ultrastructure of the juvenile crabs show lipid droplets of R cell from the crabs fed Diet B is more abundant in lipid contained than those fed Diet A, fewer mitochondria are found in the R cell from the crabs fed Diet B, and the microvilli of a lot of R cells from the crabs fed Diet B have disappeared. Interestingly, much Ca is found in the R cell from the juvenile of weight 2.4 g females fed Diet A, and a ruleless figure nucleolus is found in nucleus of R cell from crabs of weight 15.0 g fed Diet A.
