摘要
高职院校内涵建设的核心要素包括主体、过程和机制等不同层面的内容,这些要素最终都归集于"专业",要素的建设过程与水平最终体现在专业建设过程与水平上,所以专业建设是高职院校内涵发展的核心和主线。高职院校必须围绕区域产业发展办好专业,在专业的转型升级中增强内涵发展能力和社会服务能力。外部适应上,要依据区域产业集群建设专业集群,对应社会职业带移动确定培养规格及层次目标;内部适应上,要通过深化校企合作提高专业人才培养质量,并与区域内高职院校进行专业错位发展,与应用型本科院校衔接培养、合作育人。
The core elements of higher vocational schools＇ construction consist of the body,process and mechanism which are eventually reflected in the specialty,and the construction process and level of which are eventually embodied in the construction process and level of specialty.Therefore,specialty construction is the core and main line of connotation development of higher vocational schools.Higher vocational schools should enclose regional industry development to deal with the specialty well and enhance the ability of connotation development and social service in transforming and upgrading specialty： in external adaptation,establish specialty clusters according to regional industry clusters and ascertain cultivating specification and level target corresponding to the migration of social occupational spectrum;in internal adaptation,improve the cultivating quality of professional talents by deepening school-enterprise cooperation,connect other higher vocational schools within region to execute dislocation development of specialties,and establish the linkage with application-oriented colleges to cultivate talents cooperatively.
