摘要
以油酸镍和三(三苯基膦)二氯化钌为催化剂对均相催化裂解生物油中的低聚物进行试验研究。结果表明:油酸镍的催化效果优于三(三苯基膦)二氯化钌。当以油酸镍为催化剂时,较佳的反应条件为:反应温度150℃、反应时间24h、催化剂与生物油低聚物质量比R催化剂/低聚物=0.034,在此条件下二氧化碳生成量为4.43mmol,粘度从4.16mm2/s下降到3.49mm2/s;催化精制后,气相质谱联用仪可检测到的酚类物质含量基本都较之前有所增加。
The experimental study of homogeneous catalytic cracking bio-oil oligomer with nickel oleate and RuC12(PPh3)3 was investigated. The results indicated that the catalytic effect of nickel oleate better than RuClz(PPh3)3. The optimal reaction conditions were obtained as follows: reaction temperature 150℃, reaction time 24h, the mass ratio of catalyst to bio-oil oligomer is 0. 034, nickel oleate as catalyst. In the optimum operation conditions, the amount of carbon dioxide reached 4.43mmol, and viscosity was lowered from 4.16mm2/s to 3.49mm2/s. The results showed that the content of phenolic compounds which could be detected by GC-MS increased.
