多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌耐药机制研究进展 被引量:21

摘要 鲍曼不动杆菌是氧化酶阴性、非发酵的革兰阴性不动杆菌,是一种重要的条件致病菌,广泛存在于自然界及人体皮肤、胃肠道、上呼吸道等,由于其在自然界的广泛存在性及对环境有较强抵抗力,因而也是院内感染常见病原菌,曾多次引起地区暴发流行。欧洲、北美、巴西、中国、日本、韩国以及南太平洋等地区均有多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌感染的报道,
