摘要
本文通过对保险公司人力资源管理工作现状的分析,设计了保险公司人力资源管理系统。首先,对保险公司人力资源管理系统进行了系统总体设计,系统总体设计包括功能设计、数据库设计。然后,通过对保险公司人力资源管理系统总体设计的研究,实现了保险公司人力资源管理系统的各功能模块。该系统界面友好,检索方便。
