摘要
本文用辩证的方法分析大部分医院学科人才建设现状,其主要矛盾是人才资源的缺乏与浪费并存,没有形成完整的体系。提出立足现有学科人才、积极建立虚拟学科人才队伍,搭建多种专业平台、解决"两虎相争"的人才内耗,建立善任敢免机制、促进人才队伍有效新陈代谢,构建研究型医院学科人才体系的哲学思维。
The author analyzed the current situation of the hospital personnel's structure, proposed that the principal contradictions are nothing than the lack and waste of human resources which have not formed an complete system yet. And then three measures were put forward to construct the personnel system for hospitals in philosophical thoughts as training virtual academic talent based on the existing situation, building a platform for variety of professional to avoid the competition between peers, setting up a mechanism to "metabolize" the talents effectively.
