摘要
放射治疗联合化疗是目前鼻咽癌的主要治疗方式,大部分鼻咽癌患者能够取得较为理想的效果,目前放射治疗联合化疗的放疗剂量、化疗方案的选择尚存在一定差异,其中同步放化疗是目前最为常用的联合治疗方式,现就近年来放射治疗联合同步化疗治疗鼻咽癌的研究进展情况进行综述。
Radiotherapy in combination with chemotherapy is the prinscipal method for treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients and satisfactory results can be achieved in mostly patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.At prsent,there are still differences in selecting dosage of radiotherapy and chemical therapeutic regimens.But concurrent chemotherapy and radiotherapy are currently recommended therapies for treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma,as discussed below.Including progresses made in the past few years.
