摘要
将活性稀释剂乙二醇二缩水甘油醚669加入Epon828/T403体系中,研究其对体系粘度及阻尼性能的影响。结果表明,669能显著降低双酚A型环氧树脂的粘度,改善其加工性能。随着669含量的增加,体系损耗峰的高度先升高后降低,而宽度持续增加,玻璃化转变温度明显降低。且当669质量分数为20%时,体系阻尼性能达到最优。此外,随着测试频率的增大,tanδ-T频向高温移动,tanδ峰值增大。
Using Ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether 669 as a diluent, this paper studies how the varying overall amount of diluent infulences the Epon828/T403 curing system' s viscosity and damping properties. Study shows that 669 can significantly reduce the viscosity of bisphenol-A epoxy resin to improve its processability. With the increase of 669 content, the height of loss peak first increases and then decreases, while the width increases continuously, and the glass transition temperature apparently decreases. And when the mass fraction of 669 is 20%, the damping property is optimal. In addition, with the increasing of test frequency, tanS-T frequency moves to high temperature, and tanδ peak increases.
