摘要 民营中小企业在人力资源管理中存在诸多问题,没有与企业经营战略相匹配的人力资源战略规划,各项人力资源管理规章制度和措施的缺失或不当是民营中小企业常常面临困境的根本原因。因此,制定科学合理的适合本企业发展的人力资源管理规章制度是民营中小企业人力资源战略规划的重要内容,也是民营中小企业实现战略目标的关键。 Small and medium--sized private enterprises has many problems in the management of human resource. Im proper or the lack of rules, regulations, and measures for human resources management are often the primary cause of many difficulties. Therefore, formulating rational and scientific human resource management rules and regulations that are tailored to the development of each company is an important part of human resources strategic planning for small and medium--sized enterprises. is also the key to materializing their strategic goals
