摘要
建立了吹扫捕集-气相色谱-质谱联用测定水中丁基黄原酸的方法。丁基黄原酸在酸性条件下分解成易挥发的二硫化碳,经吹扫捕集富集后用气相色谱分离质谱定量测定。与传统的分光光度法相比,更简便快捷,在0.25~10.0μg/L范围内线性良好,准确度高,添加回收率为98.3%~105%,精密度好,相对标准偏差为5.92%~10.7%,方法检出限为0.07μg/L。与顶空法相比,灵敏度更高。
A method was established for determination of butylxanthic acid in water samples.Butylxanthic acid will become carbondisulfide with inorganic acid,and carbondisulfide is volatile.Then it was determined by purge and trap GC-MS.Comparing with the spectrophotometry,the present method is more convenient and organic solvent free.It shows good linearity when concentration ranged from 0.25μg/L to 10.0μg/L.The relative standard deviation(RSD) comes to be 5.92% to 10.7%,the average recoveries were from 98.3% to 105%,and the method determination limit was 0.07μg/L.The present method is more sensitive than the previous head-space-GC-MS.
